Gourmet Green Beans<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Ingredients:<\/h3>\n

  • 1 pound fresh (wash and snip off the ends) or frozen green beans<\/li>\n
  • 4 teaspoons margarine<\/li>\n
  • \u00bc cup onion, chopped<\/li>\n
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, chopped<\/li>\n
  • \u00bd cup red pepper, chopped<\/li>\n
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes<\/li>\n
  • Black pepper to taste<\/li>\n
  • Juice from \u00bd lemon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Preparation:<\/h3>\n

    1.Cook green beans in boiling water until tender, drain.<\/p>\n

    2. Melt margarine in skillet over medium heat. Saut\u00e9 onion, garlic, red pepper, and red pepper flakes until soft.<\/p>\n

    3. Add green beans to skillet and heat until green beans are hot.<\/p>\n

    4. Sprinkle black pepper and squeeze fresh lemon on top and serve.<\/p>\n
