Herb Topped Fish<\/h2>\n

Ingredients<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • 24 oz white fish (halibut, cod, tilapia)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • \u00bd cup low fat mayonnaise\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • \u00bd cup low fat or fat free sour cream\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • \u00bc cup parmesan cheese<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 4 Tbsp. fresh chives, chopped (or 2 Tbsp. dried chives)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley chopped (or 2 Tbsp. dried parsley)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • \u00bd tsp. onion powder<\/span><\/li>\n
  • \u00bd tsp. dried dill<\/span><\/li>\n
  • \u00bd tsp. dry mustard<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Pepper to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Preparation<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Place uncooked fish in a shallow, buttered baking dish.\u00a0 <\/span><\/li>\n
    2. In a small bowl, mix together all remaining ingredients. Spread the mixture on top of the fish.\u00a0 <\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until fish flakes. Makes 8 servings.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
